Sending informative mailshots/updates regarding forthcoming tours

For coach passenger manifest

For ferry passenger manifest (name/sex/date of birth)

Hotel guest/rooming list (Name only)

Any legitimate interests pursued by us, or third parties we use, are as follows:

• To hold for a period of time of 3 years to comply with the UK & EU law
• To hold for a period of time in the event of any claim against the company
• For future marketing purposes.

Consent is required for Coach Innovations to process both types of personal data, but it must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used.

Coach Innovations will process personal data for booking and marketing purposes and will store the personal data for a period of 3 years from the date of travel.

This privacy notice tells you how we, Coach Innovations Ltd will collect and use your personal data for: following up any complaints, insurance claims, sending marketing offers.

In order for us to provide you with a service we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and/or detailed service provision. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Coach Innovations procedures.
